Here it is. The big leagues. As you arrive before the gates open, you see a line already starting to form as people are waiting to get in to see the early matches. A giant tent overshadows numerous small ones surrounding it. A young woman who looks a tad disinterested comes out with a headset and a tablet.
"Oh alright you are all here. We seem to be missing one, though. Oh well. Their loss. Just follow me."
Before you can argue the woman starts walking off toward what looks to be interconnected trailers and buses and smaller tents. In here apparently house training rooms, interview spaces, break areas, showers, offices, and all sorts of random rooms that aren't large arenas. She leads you through some of them to what looks like one of the break room ones, and takes off without saying anything.
Guess you gotta wait.

Jordan had hobbled her way all the way to work on crutches, and now she had to walk more. "Gaww dammit...," she mumbles. As she finally gets to sit in the waiting room, she sets her things down, and props her foot up. "I should git this done ere(here)..." She rolls up her pant leg, pulls some tape out of her duffel bag, and begins wrapping her ankle. "Ugh...Cherry, git up out her, an help me out." She pokes at a pokeball, and out pops a cute, fluffy Buneary. It smiles, and helps hold the tape. "Tanks, gal." She pats her poke on the head, and looks around at the others gathered around. Quite the motley crew. She's not to comfortable in making contact first, so she just kinds sits about with Cherry on her lap. Didn't think so minny(many) people was gunna showup ere...'Pecially(Especially) tis many weirdos....

Revanche hangs towards the rear of the group as they're lead on their whirlwind tour of the facility, eyes glazed over in boredom as they travel from location to location. When they finally reach the break room and their guide vanishes, he sighs and narrows his eyes slightly, scanning the room. Eventually he seems to find a spot that is empty enough to his liking, and he strides over to it, habitually pulling up the cloth covering his face as he does so. He leans against a table near Jordan, and his unnerving gold eyes end up settling on her, quietly staring her down while saying nothing else.

"Where the hell do you think you're going?" called a man in a cheap looking suit and a black and red mask as the woman left them alone. Phoenix took a deep breath and scowled away the beginning of an unspoken sentence.
"Stuck in here with Captain Gimp and his next victim. Give me a damn break." he said instead, dropping onto the closest seat he could find at the time, preferably as far away from Revanche as he could manage.

Jordan watches a few people mill about, but feels something....almost like someone is watching her. She scans the room a bit, she suddenly spots the man near her, and she jumps a little bit. "Holeeey fuuu-...Ah....umm....A-ay dere(Hey there)...." She obviously looks uneasy, but waves. Who in da sam hell is dis sonbitch!?

Kolton grins at the antics of the others, recognising the nerves he'd felt at his first show in everyone's faces. There was nothing for him to feel nervous about of course, he wasn't going into the ring.
As Kolton relaxes by leaning against a wall, Faust drifts towards the boy so edgy he didn't need to shave. Faust's own nerves left him feeling antsy, the Geodude wanting to just skip the waiting and just get to the fighting already. Instead he floats higher, meeting the boys gaze with his own, a challenge clearly visible in his face.

Revanche blinks a moment as the Geodude floats towards his face. A sharp exhalation of air can be heard through the mask, and he simply steps to the side, looking back towards Jordan. He tilts his head as he stares at her, then speaks up in a soft voice. "I'd heard about a promising fighter getting a bad ankle injury a few months ago, I'm assuming that's you? I hope for your own safety you aren't intending to fight your own battles, like that." He inclines his head towards her ankle at the end of that statement, emphasizing the point. Gen Ed. Jordan raises her eyes brows as he actually talks normally. Quite the surprise actually. She then goes to speak up, but her cheeks flush as she's reminded of her ankle. "Ugh...Naww...I aint steppin in da ring. I made da move ta manager. Gonna be supportin my pokes." She pets her Buneary.

Kolton nods at the girl. "Hopefully coaching will be just as rewarding as fighting myself." He says. "Heck, I'll probably be more successful this way."
As the conversation goes on Faust scowls at the boy ignoring him. Minding the watchful gaze of his trainer he slowly orbits the boy's head rather than start anything directly.

Tusla waddles into the doorway, in a visible huff at being late.
"Good, we 'aven't started yet!" she'll proclaim, "And look who's 'ere!"
She makes a beeline for Kolton, sticking out a hand for a handshake, a motion more practiced than natural. "Always a pleasure workin' with anotha' veteran."
She'll shoot glances at hoodieboy, the mask in a suit, and finally Jordan. A second later, she's sends out Bagface.
The Trubbish looks around, scans the room, and spots Jordan. The pokemon shuffles over to her, extending a floppy appendage in mimicry of her trainer.

Jordan spots the little bag shuffle up to her, and sticks its arm out. She blinks for a second, reaches down, and shakes it. "Ay there." Cherry also leans over, and waves hello.

Kolton's eyes widen in alarm as Tulsa walks in. Before anyone can notice he grins and grasps her hand. "Always a pleasure Tulsa. I was starting to worry I'd have to go out of my way to make everyone look good. Guess I don't need to worry about you."

Revanche narrows his eyes slightly as the corner of the room that he's occupying begins to fill up further, and, ignoring the rock orbiting himself, slips away around the edge of the room and ends up leaning against the wall, observing the others in the room with a blank expression on his face.

Handshakes conclude, Tulsa's before Bagface's. The Trubbish smells quite decent, despite being a little bit sticky.
"Attagirl, Bagface!" Tulsa says. "I know it's a pain but tha industry's built on these silly formalities. Gotta TEACH 'EM YOUNG, eh Kolton?" the last bit's slowly enunciated.
"And Jordan!"
Tulsa's focus shifts without missing a beat.
"How'z the heel lifestyle? And the ankle?"
During all this, Bagface duly wanders over to the masked suitman, extending a hand again.

"Ringside's a good place fer recoverin', and it's a great place to work on your promos. Yer gonna gab a heck of a lot more now that yer a heel, AND a manager ta boot."
Tulsa herself hasn't bothered with the two greenhorns, but Bagface is insistent on getting her shake on with Phoenix. The man's in a suit! And a mask! He must certainly be a person of import.

"Little garbage sack! Do I look like I want to catch something from whatever it is you're made of?" Phoenix scowled, crossing his arms and leaning forward in his chair, like he'd scare the Poison type away with that alone.
At least, until the man deflated, pulled an especially thick looking glove from one of his pockets, slipped it on, and grabbed the... appendage?... with it. "Now beat it. Go on back to your trainer or whatever. I ain't getting any more gloves dirty for you."

Bagface beams at Phoenix and does a terse salute before turning back to Tulsa, who's started doing standing stretches. Her joints make soft cracking sounds with each full extension.

There's a moment of silence from the group as a shorter man enters the room, and scans it. "Oh good, here you all are. Julie told me that we were missing one? Cold feet, maybe. Ah well. The door is still open if they decide to accept. Anyway. Name's Stanley. Stanley Reed."The man goes to shake each of your (and your pokemon that are out) hands. He's maybe in his mid-fourties, slightly balding, and a bit portly. He's wearing a white button up and suspenders, and you seem to just get a warm welcoming feeling from him. Afterward, he stands in the center of the room and addresses the group. "Now all of you have experience in a ring one way or another, but I gotta go over the basics, and some outlets do things just a bit differently, and our lawyers require it, so we'll go over the boring stuff and ya'll just sit tight, ok? Ok."He proceeds to explain the basics of how you will work in the federation, followed up by how it affects your pay at the end of the day. Federation rules, found here.He also goes into detail about the ring itself, about the combination of tech and psychic people/pokemon that create surpressors in the ring that restrict type advantage as well as prevent lasting damage to fighters. There's also Aura readers that can read whole crowds and report back with reception to individuals. This ties into how well you are doing playing your character, your style of fighting, etc. The Main tent is essentially the 'main story', and everyone is expected to do something there at least once. But this doesn't have to be a fight, it can be a promo, an interview, some backstage segment, showing up for commentary on somebody's match, or whatever you feel is neccesary for your story. The other tents are 'free' as is you can use them throughout the day for whatever you'd like. You just have to schedule it as the hour comes up. These tents are recorded and put online for fans to find, while the main tent is broadcasted, and the most eyes are on that. So the main tent is where you'd get exposure, while the little tents are for your direct fans. "I'll pause for questions, if ya'll got any."

"Faust, settle down." Kolton says, calling the Geodude away from the world's most obvious heel. Faust gives the man one last glare, trying to float nonchalantly beside his trainer.
Kolton just smiles and listens to the official, speaking up when he was done.
"So is it up to us to organise matches, or do you guys have a few planned out already?"
